Thank you for using our iOS, iPadOS, and tvOS application Sound test for Dolby Atmos (the "App"). Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or process any personally identifiable information (PII). The App does not require user registration or login, and we do not gather names, email addresses, phone numbers, contact lists, photos, or any personal data from users.

2. Analytics and Usage Data

The App uses Firebase Analytics to understand general usage patterns and improve the user experience. Advertising Identifier (IDFA) collection is disabled. Analytics data is aggregated and cannot be linked to any individual user.

Examples of data collected by analytics (non-identifiable):

• Anonymous, aggregated usage events (feature usage, screen/time interactions)
• Device information such as device model, OS version, and language settings (technical only)

3. Crash Reporting

We use Firebase Crashlytics to detect and diagnose stability issues and crashes.

Examples of data collected by Crashlytics:

• Crash logs and stack traces related to app failures
• Device information (model, OS version) and app version

Crash data does not include personal information and cannot be used to identify individual users.

4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services which may receive the analytics and crash data described above:

• Firebase Analytics (Google)
• Firebase Crashlytics (Google)

5. Data Not Collected (App Store - "Data Not Collected" declarations)

For the App Store privacy disclosure, the App does not collect or share any of the following categories of data:

• Contact Info: Not collected
• Contacts: Not collected
• Location: Not collected
• Identifiers (e.g., name, email): Not collected
• Usage Data is collected only in aggregated, non-identifying form (see section 2)
• Diagnostics: Crash reports and technical diagnostics are collected (see section 3)

6. Children’s Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13.

7. Data Security

We do not collect or store personal data. Analytics and crash data sent to Firebase are transmitted and stored according to Google’s security practices. We recommend reviewing Google’s Firebase security documentation for details.

8. International Transfers

Because analytics and crash data are processed by third-party services (Google), data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than the one where you live. These transfers are handled by those service providers under their terms and privacy safeguards.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
